We work with ALL INSURANCE companies. Most insurance companies try to get you to go to shops that they have on their designated “list”. This simply means they have prior agreements worked out with those shops on rates, etc. It does not mean that those are the only auto shops they accept. YOU as the customer can take your car to any repair center of your choice and the insurance company is required to pay a “fair” and “competitive” price.
When you bring your car into Solesbee’s, all you have to say is, “I’m taking my car to Solesbee Auto Crafts” and that’s it, we can do the rest for you. Give us a call or bring your car in and we can guide you through the process with ease. We don’t want you to do more work than you have to! Remember, we do this for a living, and handle these types of situations every day.
